Restaurant
Our ambition is to create an experience that offers seasonal cuisine stemming from our Scanian and Scandinavian roots and the local flora and fauna, but also ample time and opportunity to wind down and contemplate in beautiful surroundings—both before, during and after your meal.
Atelier
The Atelier is our elegant chambre séparée, offering an exclusive setting for private dining. Discreetly tucked away from the main restaurant, it accommodates 7 to 24 guests—ideal for distinguished gatherings, whether intimate family celebrations, refined tastings, or corporate events.
Food & Wine Bar
A casual and more intimate food & wine bar complements the restaurant and serves lighter in-season dishes to the public and breakfast to the patrons of the hotel.
The Greenhouse
Nestled among the greenery, our greenhouse cocktail bar is the perfect place to linger on slow afternoons, enjoy golden hour pre-dinner drinks, or savour a final glass as the evening winds down.
The Garden
We aim to sustain our kitchen with as many greens and herbs as possible—right here on site—complementing the wide array of seasonal produce we source from dedicated local growers. This ensures every ingredient arrives at the perfect moment to enrich our menu.
Gift Cards
The ideal gift for any food lover. Our gift cards are valid for all parts of VYN, including the restaurant and the hotel. Please note that booking is not included; the recipient has to book on their own, after receiving the gift card.
Welcome
to Österlen!
You will find us in the very south east of Sweden; in Skåne and the picturesque Österlen region. A stately former farm sitting on the top of a hill, with a magnificent view of the Österlen countryside and the Baltic Sea, with some 18 acres of land extending all the way down to the waterfront—and within a walking or hiking distance from many of the marvelous destinations and adventures in the area.
